Day camp will offer independent living skills for foster children
LISBON — A contract approved recently by Columbiana County commissioners for the Department of Job and Family Services will result in a day camp for foster children to learn independent living skills. “We are teaching them how to do these things so they can function,” DJFS Director Rachel Ketterman said.
