WELLSVILLE -- Craig Weekley, 70, of Wellsville, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Valley Hospice at Trinity West in Steubenville following a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born Jan. 28, 1956, in East Liverpool, the son of the late Kenneth Weekley and Joanne (Ross) Daniels.
Craig graduated from Wellsville High School in 1974. He was a plumber by trade and most recently was the cemetery superintendent at Spring Hill Cemetery in Wellsville before his retirement. Craig enjoyed the outdoors and spent time hunting, fishing, and gardening. His biggest passion was reading. From the time he was small, he always had a book in his hands and would read anything he could get his hands on. Above all else, Craig was a dedicated family man and enjoyed all of the time he spent with his loved ones.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia "Patty" (Flattery) Weekley, whom he married Nov. 28, 1984; two brothers: Gerald "Bud" (Gloria) Weekley of Lisbon and Kim Weekley of Lisbon; and one sister, Pam Weekley of Wellsville.
A private family graveside service will be held at Spring Hill Cemetery when Craig is laid to rest.
Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is assisting the family with Craig's arrangements.
