Court News LISBON — A Salineville man accused of running over a deputy’s foot and fleeing after an incident when he threatened another man in the Spring Valley Road area in 2020 will face sentencing this morning in that case and a nonsupport of dependents case. Scott M. Haines, 52, state Route 164, faced a jury trial last week for the July 19, 2020 incident near Salineville, with jurors finding him innocent or not guilty of first-degree felony felonious assault related to running over the deputy’s foot.
