NEGLEY – Margie Gorby, of Negley, is announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Heather M. Gorby, to Chad W. Drane, son of Barbara Drane, Columbus and Bill Drane, East Liverpool.

The bride-elect is employed with Grim Crane Service in East Palestine.

Her fiance is a UNION Ironworker out of Local 207 in Youngstown.

The couple are planning a September 2013 wedding.
