Morgan Nicole Kestner and Jacob Lee Roush of East Liverpool are announcing their engagement and forthcoming wedding. 

Kestner is the daughter of Maggie Kestner and the late Frank Kestner of East Liverpool. 

Roush is the son of Tim and Jean Roush of Wellsville. 

The bride-to-be is a 2019 graduate of Beaver Local High School. She will graduate this upcoming spring from Kent State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. 

The groom-to-be is a 2019 graduate of Southern Local High School. He is a part of Carpenters Union Local 171. He is a member of Liverpool Township Volunteer Fire Department. 

The couple is planning a Sept. 17, 2022 wedding at Century Farms in Carrollton.
