COLUMBIANA COUNTY GRAND JURY

LISBON — Jonathan D. Rockhold, 47, Seventh Avenue, Wellsville, was served a secret indictment charging him with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and misdemeanor charges of possessing drug abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. On Sept. 12, Rockhold allegedly had cocaine, a syringe and other drug paraphernalia items.

Ashley D. House, 34, County Home Road, Lisbon, was served a secret indictment charging her with illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for methamphetamines she allegedly had and attempted to bring into the county jail on Dec. 15, 2020.

Jamie M. Pastore, 34, Union Street, Washingtonville, was served a secret indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. On Dec. 21, 2020, Pastore allegedly had methamphetamine, a syringe and other drug paraphernalia items.

Desiree L. Ingledue, 27, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was served a secret indictment charging her with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and misdemeanor charges of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possessing drug abuse instruments for allegedly having methamphetamines, a syringe and other drug paraphernalia on Dec. 21, 2020.

Kelly M. Reed, 32, Sunset Drive, Wellsville, was served a secret indictment charging her with counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony, and petty theft, a misdemeanor. Reed allegedly was using counterfeit money on Nov. 6, when she purchased food from Pizza Hut valued at $53.

The indictments were issued by the grand jury in April.

EAST LIVERPOOL MUNICIPAL

EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Jessica D. Coleman, 36, Chester, W.Va., and Matthew K. Moore, 40, Chester, W.Va., were each fined $250, sentenced to 21 days in jail and required 20 hours community service for theft for working together to fail to scan and pay for 267 items totaling $2,411 on 34 separate occasions at the Salem Walmart.

Michael E. Ross, 47, Toronto, was fined $250, sentenced to five days in jail and required 40 hours community service for theft for failing to scan and pay for 26 items totaling $75 on Feb. 27.

Heather D. Stewart, 33, Georgetown, Pa., was fined $525, credited with a day in jail and sentenced to three additional days in jail for criminal damaging, obstructing official business, drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments. On Oct. 15, she reportedly had multiple syringes and a meth pipe, broke a window at her ex-boyfriend’s home on Cadmus Street and walked away from police investigating what happened.

Scott E. Hudson, 52, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $500 and sentenced to 13 days in jail with credit for seven days served for possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia for having a burnt spoon and a syringe

Terry L. Sonntog, 46, Etruria Street, was fined $280 in jail and sentenced to 113 days in jail for probation violations from a charge of assault and new charges of driving under OVI suspension and a turn signal violation.

Amber N. Jones, 42, Etruria Street, was fined $300 and credited with 13 days served for resisting arrest and theft for failing to return a SCRAM Cam bracelet and base owned by the city’s probation department on Oct. 7, 2021, and pulling away from police attempting to take her into custody for a warrant on April 13.

Valerie Ann Daniels, 44, Ohio Avenue, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for assault for kicking and hitting Matthew Jordan several times on Sept. 25.

Josiah A. Swayngim, 38, Hookstown, Pa., was fined $300, credited with a day in jail and required 20 hours community service for assault, criminal damaging and public intoxication. On Jan. 13, he was trying to kick in the door at a College Street address and struck a witness, Terry Sprague, with a shopping cart he was pushing.

A June 16 status conference was set for Jessica L. Hooper, 34, charged with theft and drug abuse instruments for allegedly using 97-cent and 50-cent bar codes to scan $149 in Walmart merchandise on Feb. 28 and having a syringe in her pocket.

Chad Beagle, Penn Avenue, was fined $175 for lighted lights required amended from driving under OVI suspension.

Harry A. Baum, 35, St. George Street, East Liverpool, was ordered to serve 80 days in jail for a probation violation for a domestic violence conviction.

Darien M. Stanback, 29, West Ninth Street, was fined $130 for no license and improper registration.

Chad E. Webber, 49, Chester, W.Va., was fined $130 for no license and improper registration.

A May 10 trial was set for William G. Chuck, 57, High Street, Lisbon, cited with improper starting or backing.

Ted L. Darnley, 32, Georgetown, Pa., was fined $150 for lighted lights amended from traffic signal violation.

Ryan P. Partee, 37, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $30 for improper registration.

Lisa M. Cunningham, 19, Erie Street, was fined $30 for traffic control device.

Jason A. Kane, 38, Erie Street, was fined $30 for improper registration.

Failing to appear were Robert F.M. Cornman, 54, Dodge Street, cited with speeding and lighted lights required and drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a burnt pipe; Olivia Chafins, 18, Avery Circle, speeding; Jamie L. Miller, 46, Pancake Clarkson Road, Rogers, improper registration; and Frederick J. Lyda, 42, Petersburg, driving under FRA suspension.
