Highway Patrol
— Jon Lee Brenneman, 60, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, and his passenger, Cena Marie Mason, 31, Ninth Avenue, East Liverpool, both suffered suspected serious injuries and were taken by Stat Medevac to St. Elizabeth Hospital for treatment after Brenneman’s westbound Harley Davidson motorcycle crossed the center line and traveled off of state Route 154 before striking a guardrail at 9:07 p.m. June 26 in Elkrun Township. No citation was listed on the report.
— No injuries were reported after a westbound vehicle caught fire and was disabled on U.S. Route 30 at 8:02 p.m. June 23 in Center Township. The driver was listed as William E. Heath, 32, Carrollton.
— Matthew Stoudt, 23, Newgarden Avenue, Salem, was cited for a red light violation after running a red light while eastbound on East State Street and striking a southbound Salem police cruiser operated by Sgt. Karl Toy on South Broadway in downtown Salem at 10:11 a.m. June 23. No injuries were reported to Toy, Stoudt or Stoudt’s passenger.
— Jack O. Colon, 65, Longs Crossing Road, Leetonia, was cited for left of center after his southbound vehicle on state Route 45 in Madison Township was negotiating a curve and there was a disabled vehicle in the south lane of the road. He swerved into the north lane to avoid a collision with the disabled vehicle and struck a northbound vehicle driven by Allison L. Kazee, 40, Hibbetts Mill Road, Wellsville, who suffered suspected minor injuries, but wasn’t transported at 8:40 a.m. June 23. Colon wasn’t injured.
— Madalynn M. Painter, 19, Dillonvale, was cited for reasonable control after losing control of her westbound vehicle on U.S. Route 30 in Madison Township, going off the right side of the road and striking a sign post at 7:40 a.m. June 22. No injury was reported.
— An unknown driver in an unknown vehicle failed to maintain an assured clear distance ahead and struck a vehicle from behind at 10:30 a.m. June 19 in Fairfield Township on state Route 14. The struck vehicle was driven by Richard R. Chamberlin, 66, Madison Street, Lisbon, who was stopped preparing to turn left. No injury was reported.
— An unknown driver in a hit/skip accident was northbound on Bandy Road in Knox Township at 1:42 a.m. June 21 when the vehicle failed to stop at the stop sign and drove off the right side of U.S. 62 into a field. The vehicle was a 2022 Chevy Blazer owned by an Alliance woman.
— Kyle T. Molnar, 35, New Middletown, was cited for reasonable control after his northbound vehicle went off the right side of U.S. Route 30 and struck a ditch at 8:17 p.m. June 20 in Madison Township. Molnar and two passengers were uninjured.

— Racheal Schon, age and address not provided, was issued a citation and court date for speed of 67 mph in 55 mph zone during a June 14 traffic stop on state Route 7.
— Charles Heffner, age and address not provided, was issued a citation and court date for speed of 70 mph in a 55-mph zone during a June 19 traffic stop on state Route 7.
— Chris Householder, age and address not provided, was issued a citation and court date for failure to come to a complete stop at a stop sign during a June 19 traffic stop on Parkway Avenue.
— Joshua Grae, age and address not provided, was issued a citation and court date for speed of 42 mph in a 30-mph zone during a June 19 traffic stop on Armstrong Lane.
— James Cunningham, age and address not provided, was issued citations and court date for marked lane violation, driving with no license and driving a vehicle with fictitious plates during a June 19 traffic stop on state Route 7. The vehicle was towed by First Class Towing.
— Ashley Joy, age and address not provided, was issued a citation and court date for speed of 74 mph in a 55-mph zone during a June 20 traffic stop on state Route 7.
— Loyd Hendershot, age and address not provided, was issued a citation and court date for speed of 79 mph hour in a 55 mph-zone during a June 20 traffic stop on state Route 7.
— Brandon Pritt, age and address not provided, was issued citations and a court date for no license plate light and fictitious plates during a June 21 traffic stop on Lisbon Street. Liverpool Township police who issued the citation since the violation happened in Liverpool were assisted by St. Clair Township Police since the stop occurred in St. Clair Township.
