Joann White, 55, Ohio Avenue, was fined $50 for a rental property license violation.

A trial was set March 16 for Brian Miller, 33, Almont Street, charged with littering.
Second arraignment was scheduled March 11 for Megan A. Davis, 25, 9th Avenue, charged with possession of marijuana.

In Municipal Court Thursday, a domestic violence charge against Virginia Menear, 61, May Street, was amended to disorderly conduct due to the state not being able to locate the alleged victim.
On the amended charge, Menear was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years. She was assigned 19 hours of community service in lieu of the fine. For passing bad checks, Menear was fined $50 and ordered to make restitution of $288.74 to Penn Sparkle, with six hours of community service assigned in lieu of the fine.
Tye W. Mattern, 30, Echo Dell Road, Lot 25, was bound over to county Common Pleas Court on a charge of trafficking in drugs. A motion by the defense to amend his bond was denied.
A pretrial was scheduled April 7 for Darrell J. Faulkner, 50, Oak Street, charged with domestic violence.

In East Liverpool Municipal Court Wednesday, Marsha P. Taormina, 55, Pleasantview Drive, Midland, Pa., was fined $100 for leaving the scene of an accident.
A defense motion hearing was set for March 23 for Kevin D. Riggle, 26, West Seventh Street, East Liverpool, for charges of OVI, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to control.
Charges of failure to obtain a rental property license against Jody Pridemore, no age given, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, were dismissed.
Richard H. Stoddard III, 46, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $80 for open container and unsafe vehicle.
Charges of failure to obtain a rental property license against Heather Long, no age given, North Elm Street, Columbiana, were dismissed without prejudice in order for a summons to be recalled.
Daniel Pridemore, no age given, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for failure to obtain a rental property license.

Virginia L. Tanner, 40, Avondale Street, was fined $75 for failure to file city tax.

Zachery K. Humphreys, 22, Sunnyside Avenue, was fined $150 for criminal trespass.

Ryan D. White, 48, Church Street, was fined $100 for failure to yield from a stop sign and $100 for failure to yield on a left turn.
Ryan L. Pritt, 34, Fairview Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension, with a seat belt charge dismissed.

Brandi M. Willis, 25, Sunnyside Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.
Matthew J. Lawrence, 29, Michigan Avenue, was fined $75 got driving under suspension.
Richard D. Adkins, 23, Midland, Pa., was fined $30 for speeding, with a driving under suspension charge dismissed.
For no seat belt, Donald F. Edge Jr., 38, Lincoln Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $30.
Pretrials were scheduled March 17 for Tonya L. Senkbeil, 40, Grant Street, charged with OVI, endangering children and speeding, and for Christopher L. Wilson, 22, Park Boulevard East, charged with leaving the scene and failure to control. Senkbeil was ordered to not have children in a motor vehicle.

In Municipal Court Wednesday, Jennifer A. DiThomas, 45, New Castle, Pa., was fined $475, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, had her license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for OVI. For assured clear distance, she was fined $65.
Tariq Larkins, 23, Peach Alley, was fined $100 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana. For driving under suspension, he was fined $75 and for speeding, $30.
In Municipal Court Thursday, Dawn M. Stull, 43, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, and placed on probation two years for petty theft. She was ordered to have no contact with the Calcutta Walmart. For possession of criminal tools, she was fined $150.
Dartanyen T. Helton, 19, Purinton Avenue, was fined $200, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft. He was assigned 25 hours of community service in lieu of the fine and ordered to have no contact with the Calcutta Walmart. A charge of possession of criminal tools was dismissed.
Charged as a fugitive from justice, John W. Yano III, 30, Youngstown, waived his right to an extradition hearing and was ordered returned to West Virginia, where he is wanted for a probation violation.
A domestic violence charge was dismissed against Rameon J. Sumlin, 25, Pennsylvania Avenue.
A pretrial was scheduled March 17 for Thomas C. Wells, 50, Smithfield Street, charged with passing bad checks, no operator’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A bench warrant was issued for Michael W. Nelson, 19, Fawcett Street, East Liverpool, who failed to appear for a seat belt violation.
A second arraignment was scheduled for Feb. 16 for Robert C. Wetzel Jr., 33, Iowa Street, Wellsville, who pleaded not guilty to OVI above. 17, OVI and speeding (going 49 in a 55 zone), stemming from a traffic stop on Shadyside Road in Liverpool Township on Feb.7.
A bench warrant was issued for Samantha A. Mayle, 21, Mingo Junction, who failed to appear for OVI and marked lanes.
An extradition hearing was set for March 3 for John G. Yano III, 30, Youngstown, as a fugitive from justice in West Virginia, where he is accused of delivery of heroin and failure to appear for a probation revocation hearing. Bond was set at $50,000.

On Thursday in East Liverpool Municipal Court, Chelsea R. Baker, 25, of Ogden Street, had her probation revocation hearing continued to Feb. 11. Defendant had been taken to the hospital by ambulance. She faces charges of leaving the scene of an accident, driving under suspension, failure to control (accident), obstructing official business and a stop sign violation.
Amanda L Roberts, 33, of North Shadylane Drive, pleaded no contest to domestic violence and was found guilty. Sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 155 suspended. Fined $150 and assessed court costs. Placed on three years’ intensive probation with the following conditions: no firearms possession/ownership for life, mental health evaluation, anger management, 40 hours’ community service, no contact with witnesses/victims, and no patronage of bars. Hopper Act issued, meaning defendant will be entered into a national database, accessible by law enforcement, for mentally ill and violent offenders.
Robert W. Reckner, 35, of Wilbert Avenue, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 70 suspended. Ordered to perform 19 hours’ community service in lieu of fine. Placed on two years’ probation. Must make restitution to the victim in the amount of $309.
Mary E. McCullough, 49, of Wellsville: Charges of improper discharge of firearm within a habitat, having weapons under disability, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property bound over to Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. Bond set at $100,000 cash/surety or 10 percent.
Robert G. Weyand, of Clark Street, pleaded no contest to violating a protective order and was found guilty. Sentenced to 12 days in jail. Assessed court costs. Charge of criminal damaging dismissed.

A bench warrant was issued for Krystal L. Adkins, 30, North Elm Street, Columbiana, who failed to appear for a charge of petty theft.
Shawn A. Quimby, 28, Jefferson Street, East Liverpool, was fined $35 for a stop sign violation. A charge of driving under suspension (failure to reinstate) was dismissed.
Christine M. Jones, 38, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $595 and was sentenced to three days in jail and two years of supervised probation for OVI above. 08, speeding (going 66 in a 55 zone), marked lanes and open container. A separate OVI charge was dismissed.
Donald L. Johnson III, 19, Dunn Road, East Liverpool, was fined $110 for driving under suspension (license forfeiture) and fictitious plates.
A charge of driving under suspension (non-compliance) against Wade A. Weyand, 53, Oak Street, East Liverpool, was dismissed due to a BMV error.

In East Liverpool Municipal Court Wednesday, a Feb. 4 pretrial was set for Amanda Roberts, 33, LaCroft Avenue, East Liverpool, who pleaded not guilty to charges of domestic violence. She is accused of hitting a child who lives with her with a belt.
Gloe Hull, 38, Edgewood Street, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for littering.
Karl W. Sayre, 64, Fourth Street, Wellsville, was fined $100 and sentenced to two years probation for theft.
A March 8 pretrial was set for Stephen M. Lara, 57, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, who pleaded not guilty to OVI (first in six years, fifth in 20 years, eighth overall), driving under suspension-OVI and failure to control. A revocation hearing will also take place that same day for Lara on a probation violation for two prior convictions each of DWI above .08, driving while intoxicated and driving under suspension and one charge each of reckless operation and left of center.
