THANKS, writes a reader, to his honor, the Mayor of East Liverpool, Ryan Stovall. He took the time away from his office and duties to come to the home of an old US Army veteran, who uses a walker, to get him to the polls to vote. He helped him up a long hill, across deep ditches, and inside to vote, plus waited a long time while voting, and then repeated the process by car, walking, and ending with firm handshake from this old vet.
