SPANKS, writes a reader, to those responsible for closing the Broadway Wharf restrooms at 5 p.m. Oct. 8 when a group of people were enjoying the facility. The donation allowed every fourth-grade student the opportunity to use their creativity and provided them with a great hands-on learning experience.
