1952-2025 Robert H. Fisher, 73, of East Liverpool, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2025. He was born on January 18, 1952, in East Liverpool, the son of the late Howard and Grace (Miller) Fisher. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his fiancee, Diane Wooley and a sister Rosalie Rhodes. Bob was an avid Steeler fan and he enjoyed working on cars, especially his antique Chevy.
