He was born October 6,1939 in New Cumberland,WV a son of the late Andrew M. & Ora Alice (Rogers) Moncrief. He is also preceded by his wife Madelyn Lee (Rawson) Moncrief, a brother Andrew M. Moncrief, Jr; 2 sisters Lila Jean Moncrief & Anna Faye Duke; and a brother in law Charles W. Duke. He is retired from Weirton Steel Corporation as a crane man, and was a member of the Weirton Steel 25 year Club; he was also a retired Navy veteran. Surviving are his son John O. ...
