WEIRTON -- William R. Brooks, 78, of Weirton died at his home on Tuesday after being diagnosed with cancer two years ago. Born in Pittsburgh on April 30, 1943, he was the son of James F. and Anna Locke Brooks. Assistance is being provided by the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
