Sheriff’s Office — A deputy responded at 1:02 a.m. Tuesday to an address on Cream Ridge Road, Elkrun Township where prowlers had been reported. The caller told the deputy the people had been under his trailer for the last four to six hours, however, when he called the sheriff’s office, he told the people he called and they fled on foot. He didn’t know who they were or where they went. Kost, 28, state Route 14, New Waterford, were bound over to the county grand jury for second-degree felonies of kidnapping and burglary, fourth-degree felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and misdemeanor theft for allegedly ripping out the screen of a side window at a woman’s house in Columbiana and gaining entry after first unsuccessfully attempting to enter the front and rear doors of the house on March 28. Sheriff’s Office — Deputies and Lisbon police units responded at 4:11 p.m. Sunday to the Travelers Inn, state Route 45, Center Township for a domestic and learned en route that a person had an active warrant from Columbiana County. Upon arrival, the female victim said the suspect was still on the property. Deputies and Lisbon police officers started checking the property and apartments and found Kevin Neely, 44, state Route 45, Lisbon and apprehended him.
