-- A resident of Parkview Drive, Yellow Creek Township, reported a suspicious person at 12:47 p.m. Tuesday, saying a person on a scooter came to her residence claiming to be an exterminator from Terminex. She told the person to leave her property. She then called Terminex and the company advised they had no one in the area and the person does not work for them.
-- A deputy responded at 5:56 a.m. July 24 to Lowmiller Road, West Township to assist the Ohio State Highway Patrol. A man who ran into the address on Lowmiller Road had multiple warrants, but when other units arrived and the premises was checked, he had absconded from the property. The owner of the residence advised the man took his vehicle without his permission earlier in the night and the owner wanted to file charges. A report was completed for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
