Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary/pretrial hearing was set May 4 for Shawn L. Paulin Sr., 47, Van Buren Drive, Salem, charged with fourth-degree felony assault on a police officer and misdemeanors of theft, domestic violence, resisting arrest and obstructing official business.
