U.S. Rep. Michael Rulli, R-Salem, has had bills heard by House committees, including two that were passed by the House and sent to the Senate. It was incorrectly reported in Wednesday’s edition that none of Rulli’s bills had been heard by House committees. It meant to state that none of the bills mentioned in the article were heard by House committees.

Welsh, 40, East Fourth Street, Salem, was sentenced to 120 days in jail, with credit for 67 days served, leaving a balance of 53 days still to serve in jail for assault, criminal trespass, drug paraphernalia and three counts of violating a protection order for multiple incidents in Salem.
