Owner of dog involved in attack drops challenge of vicious designation

LISBON — A Negley resident whose dog was designated as vicious after attacking a woman out for a walk May 15 decided Tuesday to drop a challenge to the designation issued by the Columbiana County dog warden, with an assistant prosecutor saying the dog will be euthanized. East Liverpool — Officers responded to the Vista Motel for a custody dispute on May 8, where the mother said the father was not bringing the child back. Court News LISBON — A Columbiana man accused of possessing images of child pornography has again been found competent to stand trial. Richard Braham, 27, West Park Avenue, had previously been found competent and without serious mental issues last fall, but his defense attorney Charley Kidder requested another evaluation in February, which was ordered but wasn’t completed. On April 20, Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Washam again ordered the evaluations be done by the Forensic Psychiatric Center of Northeast Ohio.
