Court News LISBON — A Wellsville man convicted of trying to hit a woman with a vehicle during a domestic in 2024 was sentenced to 12 months in prison for violating the terms of his probation. Tyler J. Sheriff’s Office — Kacandra Seddon, 45, Lisa Lane, Lisbon, was arrested again for criminal trespass after a deputy was called at 12:14 a.m. Wednesday to a Depot Road, Center Township residence for a trespass incident. The deputy observed Seddon walking down the driveway of the property she had previously been warned not to trespass on. Liverpool Township trustees approve 2027 budget

LIVERPOOL TOWNSHIP – The Liverpool Township Board of Trustees met in a regular session meeting and followed that with a budget hearing meeting to approve the 2027 budget on Tuesday. During the Budget Hearing, the trustees unanimously approved the 2027 budget as prepared by Fiscal Officer Shirley Flati. Appeal filed of vicious designation for second dog involved in attack

LISBON — The owner of the second dog accused of attacking and seriously injuring a woman on May 15 at Lake Tomahawk recently filed an appeal to challenge the vicious dog designation against her dog, Beau, with a hearing set for 2 p.m. June 15 in Columbiana County Municipal Court. Laurel Brothers, Youngstown, filed the complaint through her attorneys Chris Amato and Frank Williams against the Columbiana County Dog Warden Heidi Wallace.
