SALEM — The Brightside Project will sponsor its 4th Annual Golf Outing June 20 at Flying B Golf Course in Salem. This community fundraiser will bring together golfers, local businesses, and supporters for a day on the course while raising funds to support children in Columbiana County and rural Mahoning County.

The outing will feature a four-person scramble format with an 8 a.m. shotgun start and check-in beginning at 7 a.m. Registration is currently open at www.brightsideprojectohio.org or in-person at their Salem facility, with the cost set at $100 per golfer or $400 per team.

Participants will enjoy: 18 holes with cart; coffee and breakfast; snack at the turn and lunch; games, raffles and prizes; and two complimentary drink tickets per golfer.

Golfers will also compete for a $600 first-place rize, along with additional contests and on-course activities including mulligans and skins games.

Salem Tire Pros & Auto Service is the event’s Hole-in-One sponsor. Thanks to their generous support, golfers will have the opportunity to compete for a $5,000 Hole-in-One Prize on Hole #16.

In addition, The Brightside Project recognizes Soltis Electric as a Platinum Sponsor for the outing. Their partnership and commitment to supporting local children and families help make this event possible.

The outing directly benefits programs operated by The Brightside Project, including the Sunshine Bus mobile outreach initiative, Food for Kids (a children’s choice food pantry), and other programs designed to ensure children have access to basic needs, positive relationships, and opportunities to thrive.

The event is limited to 34 teams, and organizers encourage golfers and sponsors to register early.
