According to a morning release from the East Liverpool Police Dept: "On February 4, 2026 at 7:49 PM we received a call of a man struck by a vehicle in the 700 block of Bradshaw Ave. Braidy C. Ingram of East Liverpool was pronounced deceased approximately an hour after the accident at East Liverpool City Hospital.
