Chester Lions Club 4th of July Car Show

CHESTER — The Chester Lions Club 4th of July Car Show will be held at the Chester City Park from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 4. All makes, models and years of cars, motorcycles and trucks are welcome.

Registration is $10 per entry and is from 10 a.m. (or as soon as set up is complete) until noon. For those interested in avoiding the registration lines, pre-register and then pay at the event. Contact Steve at the information listed below to pre-register. The club is limited to about 175 to 200 spaces, so come early to make sure to get a spot.

There is no fee to come and check out the cars, trucks and motorcycles.

There will be 36 awards including Best of Show, Best GM, Best Ford, Best Mopar, Best Motorcycle and many more. Dash plaques will be provided to the first 170 registrants. Door prizes will be given every 15 minutes to registrants. There will be a DJ, a 50/50 raffle, and multiple other raffles.

Individuals don’t have to enter a car to participate in the raffles and they don’t have to be present to win. Due to space limitations, no trailers will be allowed, and since there will be a DJ, no outside music. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
