Clyde Matthew Woolley

1956-2025 Clyde Matthew Woolley, 68, of East Liverpool, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2025. He was born on Sept. 28, 1956 in East Liverpool, the son of the late Clyde and Georgia Woolley. He is survived by two sons, Matthew and Wayne Woolley, both of East Liverpool; a grandson, Ezekiel Woolley; three brothers, Tim Woolley of East Liverpool and Jeff Woolley of Chester and Steve Smith of East Liverpool. Private services were held by the family. The Nixon Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. 3/12/25

1938-2025 Gary Anderson, 86, of New Cumberland, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. He was born on Sept. 2, 1938, the son of the late Israel and Irene (Yoho) Anderson. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Judy. He was a member of the Chester Church of the Nazarene. He is survived by three sons, William, Richard and Gary Jr., several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Ronald Anderson, and a sister, Brenda Hampson. 1956-2025 Bertha Posey, 68, of East Liverpool, passed away Monday, March 10, 2025. She was born on May 17, 1956, the daughter of the late George and Alice Posey Sr. Bertha volunteered at local Homeless Outreach programs. She is survived by a brother, George Posey Jr., and several nieces and nephews and many friends and loved ones. Private arrangements were handled by the Nixon Funeral Home. 3/12/25
