Brown, 44, Haiti Road, is charged with illegal conveyance or possession of a deadly weapon in a school safety zone, a fifth-degree felony. Sheriff’s Office — Deputies were dispatched at 6:39 p.m. Friday to Steubeville Pike Road, Center Township, for a medical call for a 50-year-old person having a heart attack. Dispatch advised there was a lot of yelling in the background and an ambulance was en route.
