LISBON – In Columbiana County Common Pleas court, Anastasha Blinn, 43, Maple Street, Lisbon, was placed on a treatment plan under the direction of the Columbiana County Adult Probation Department for two years after pleading guilty to counts of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing amphetamines on Nov. 7, 2024.
Also in common pleas court:
– Bailey Riddle, 24, Firestone Avenue, Columbiana, was placed on a treatment plan under the direction of the Columbiana County Adult Probation Department for two years after pleading guilty to counts of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing methamphetamine and methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) on Sept. 22, 2025.

LISBON — A Hanoverton man is facing jail time and fines for threatening a Salem police officer.
Nicholas Potts, 40, Randel Road, Hanoverton, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 130 days suspended and credit for two days served and fined $500 for aggravated menacing amended form intimidation for threatening a Salem police officer while being transported to the Columbiana County Jail on June 6.
Shawn Paulin, 46, Van Buren Drive, Salem, was sentenced to 52 days in jail with credit for 52 days served and fined $300 for resisting arrest and obstructing official business for pulling away from officers while being handcuffed and while being escorted out of a Salem residence, dropping to the ground limp and refusing to stand back up once outside and after being carried to the cruiser refusing to sit inside and attempting to jump out of the vehicle on April 23.
Pierce Stell, 21, Buckeye Circle, Salem, was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended and fined $550 for obstructing official business and two counts of disorderly conduct which were amended from domestic violence and resisting arrest for fleeing from and resisting officers in Salem on Jan. 10.
Santana Garcia, 27, West Fourth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from assault for punching a woman at a Lisbon business on Nov. 29.
David Bell, 34, James Drive, Wellsville, was fined $25 for disorderly conduct amended from menacing for chasing a man through the woods in Salineville on Sept. 27, 2025. A second charge of menacing was dismissed.
Martin Heather, 47, Kings Court, Leetonia, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 29 days suspended and credit for one day served and fined $250 for disorderly conduct amended from menacing for continuing to contact a woman despite being ordered to stop twice prior by officers.
Lance Morris, 38, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, was fined $450 for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a turn signal violation for possessing a container for storing dangerous drugs with residue during a traffic stop in Salem on March 27, and for possessing two filters for the smoking of dangerous drugs during a traffic stop in Salem on April 27.
Kayla Clingerman, 39, Chalmers Avenue, Youngstown, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $300 for obstructing official business and possession of drug paraphernalia for initially opening the door of a vacant residence before shutting it and locking it to delay officers in Salem on June 14 and possessing a small plastic bag containing a crystalline substance at that time.
James Yacobucci, 56, Convenience Circle, North Canton, was sentenced to 25 days in jail with credit for 25 days served and fined $200 for receiving stolen property for taking a stolen side-by-side to a West Township residence on April 8, 2025.
Christian Ella, 24, West State Street, Salem, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended and fined $975 for OVI, speeding, and a turn signal violation.
A preliminary hearing was set June 24 for Ronald Boyer, 53, Wilson Street, Salineville, charged with obstructing justice for allegedly providing officers a false account of his assistance to an escaped inmate in East Liverpool on June 13.
A preliminary hearing was set June 24 for Scott Bailey, 56, East Third Street, Salem, charged with fourth-degree felony violating a protection order for allegedly being in contact with the protected person in Salem on June 13.
A preliminary hearing was set June 24 for Robert Davis, 40, La Croft Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with fifth-degree felony theft for allegedly taking a saw valued at $2,249.99 from a St. Clair Township business without paying on May 27.
A pretrial was set Aug. 3 for Michelle Mahler, 48, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence for allegedly threatening to kill a man in Columbiana on May 14.
A pretrial was set Aug. 18 for Michael Tolley, 36, Dail Road, Carrollton, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking a female juvenile in Salem on June 12. A pretrial was set Aug. 18 for Thomas Taylor, 57, West Drive, Nelsonville, charged with possessing drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a burnt glass pipe with residue in East Liverpool on June 13.
A pretrial was set Aug. 12 for David Talbott, 35, Henry Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug abuse instruments, and criminal trespass for allegedly entering another person’s property and possessing a pipe commonly used to smoke methamphetamines and a syringe with an unknown liquid inside in East Liverpool on June 12.
A pretrial was set Aug. 11 for Nicholas Roberts Jr., 45, Fairview Avenue, Newton Falls, charged with theft for allegedly taking merchandise totaling $439.99 in value from a Salem business without paying on Dec. 15, 2022.
A pretrial was set July 27 for Eugene Gaston, 41, Morgantown, West Virginia, charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools for arranging to meet with an undercover agent from the Mahoning County Human Trafficking Task Force in East Palestine on April 2 for sexual activity in exchange for $80 and possessing the cellular device used to arrange the criminal act at that time.
A pretrial was set Aug. 4 for Brandi Pardell, 40, Irish Ridge, East Liverpool, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest for allegedly damaging the landscaping of a St. Clair Township residence, refusing to leave the residence and pulling away from officers and screaming when placed under arrest on June 14.
A pretrial was set June 29 for Timothy Reaves, 37, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly choking a woman and punching her repeatedly in East Liverpool on June 14.
A pretrial was set Aug. 11 for Jessica Krince, 39, state Route 164, Lisbon, charged with endangering children for allegedly encouraging a juvenile to contact a person who had allegedly sexually abused them and allowing that person to move back into the residence with the minor without notifying law enforcement from November 2023 through September 2024 in in Lisbon.
A pretrial was set June 29 for Robert Bortz, 85, Votaw Drive, Lisbon, charged with violating a protection order for allegedly screaming at and making a rude gesture at the protected person in Lisbon on June 11.
A pretrial was set June 29 for Vincent Dimaggio, 57, Ninth Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly throwing items at a woman causing blood to come out of their nose and redness on their upper left arm in Liverpool Township on June 12.
