Court News LISBON — An East Palestine man who beat a woman and threatened her will face sentencing May 18 after entering a guilty plea to two charges in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. Taylor Scott Snyder, 35, North Market Street, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree felony domestic violence and misdemeanor aggravated menacing. A felony charge of strangulation will be dismissed. She said she was notified by her tax preparer that she needed to file for a form for the Healthcare Marketplace, but she said she didn’t have an account with them.
