Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Michael Villegas, 29, Haiti Road, Salineville, was bound over to the county grand jury for domestic violence, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly pushing a woman while she was gathering her belongings from a Salineville residence on July 24, then hitting her when she was bent down. She is pregnant, which made the charge a felony, an affidavit said.
