Liverpool Township trustees anticipate fire levy
LIVERPOOL TOWNSHIP — The Liverpool Township trustees Tuesday approved a resolution of necessity requesting the county auditor to certify tax valuation information in anticipation of a levy in excess of the ten-mill limitation. During discussion over the need for a fire levy, trustee Mike Bahen noted that the Liverpool Township Volunteer Fire Department, which has two stations, is receiving less than half of what other departments with one station are receiving.
