EAST LIVERPOOL — The East Liverpool Community Improvement Corporation will start the debt collection process for defaulted loans. During a full CIC board meeting, following CIC finance and property committee meetings, the board voted unanimously to start the debt collection process, which could include debt exams and garnishment against two business who have defaulted on their loans. WELLSVILLE — During a special meeting of the Wellsville Board of Education Monday morning, board members voted against the non-renewal of fourth-grade teacher Mitchell McDowell’s contract, meaning his contract will be renewed and he will continue to teach at Daw Elementary.
