CC Microfilm Board meeting LISBON — A reorganizational meeting of the Columbiana County Microfilm Board will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 16, in the auditor’s conference room on the main floor of the downtown courthouse in Lisbon. Columbiana County Recorder James Armeni, acting in his capacity as secretary of the county Microfilm Board, announced the meeting date.
