Wellsville library seeking local artisans The Wellsville Carnegie Public Library is issuing a vendor call to local artisans, small businesses and food trucks who would like to participate in the library’s first Spring Vendor Show. St. Clair special board meeting The St. Clair Township Board of Trustees have called a special board meeting for 9 a.m. Saturday at the township government building to do a final review of the “Resolution of Necessity Requesting the County Auditor to certify tax valuation information in anticipation of levying a tax in excess of the ten-mill limitation.” The trustees are clarifying the proposed tax is to be levied in tax year 2026 and first collected in calendar year 2027.
