The East Liverpool High School Alumni Association will have its spring basement sale Friday, May 1, from 9 to 3 p.m., and Saturday, May 2, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. In order to enter the sale, use the alley behind the ELHSAA Clock Tower or go down between the Clock Tower and the former Review building. There are no steps to enter.
