Section of Stookesberry Road closed for flooding issue LISBON — A section of Stookesberry Road is closed for now where there’s a dip and the road is flooded over off of state Route 45 outside Lisbon. Columbiana County Engineer Bert Dawson announced the closure, which happened Sunday after heavy rains, saying the creek coming down near a culvert has flooded over the road, adding “there’s nothing we can do.
