1983-2025 Richard “Poppy” Baumann, 42, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2025. He was born on July 15, 1983 in Cleveland. He was employed with Theo’s Painting Co. He is survived by his companion, Rebecca “Toots” Ammon; two daughters, Haleigh Baumann of Wellsville and Bentleigh Ammon of Mingo Junction; a son, Dallas Baumann of Mingo Junction; a granddaughter and several brothers and sisters.
