She was born on June 26, 1988 in Weirton, the daughter of Roy Freeman of Chester and the late Stephanie (Mercer) Freeman. Besides her father, she is survived by her husband, Zack Jacobs, at home; two sons, Haiden and Archer Jacobs, both of Lisbon; a sister, Alicia Freeman of Chester; and two brothers, Roy Six of Wellsburg and Dale Freeman of Wheeling.
