EAST LIVERPOOL — After several rainouts this season, the Beaver Local and East Liverpool baseball teams were able to finally play each other on Saturday. The Beavers took both games with a 14-2 win in the first game, followed by a 7-3 win in the next one. In the first game, Braxton Hickman had a two singles, a double and four RBIs for Beaver Local. EAST PALESTINE — Beaver Local’s boys track team won just one event, but was consistent through the ranks as it captured the East Palestine Bulldog Invitational on Saturday at Reid Memorial Stadium.
