Charles Arthur Frazier

Charles Arthur Frazier 1944-2024 Charles Arthur Frazier was the son of Vivion Mary Morris Frazier and Charles Leroy Frazier on March 13, 1944 in Elizabeth, W.Va. They moved to East Liverpool, Ohio where he attended schools. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked at the Hall China Pottery for many years and then worked in the Maintenance Department at E.L.C.H. He retired in 2003.
