1958-2026 Randy Dale Morrell, 68, of East Liverpool, passed away Aug. 15, 2026. He was born on July 2, 1958, the son of Jean (Keener) Barbee of Ohio and the late John Morrell. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Morrell. Randy formerly worked for Six Enterprises. He attended E L Potters Club and a regular at Burdines. He was an avid Steelers fan.
