Janis E. Heffner, 83, of East Liverpool passed away Sept. 18, 2022, at Calcutta Health Care following a brief illness. Born Oct. 1, 1938, in Middlebourne, W.Va., daughter of the late Frank and Ester Haught Fetty. Janis graduated from Tyler High School. She later retired from Calcutta Health Care where she worked as a cook and in the activities department. She was a member of the Lacroft Nazarene Church.
