Shirley Mae Brooks
Shirley Mae Brooks, 83, formerly of East Liverpool, passed away Feb. 19, 2020 in Kerrville, Texas.
Born July 7, 1936 in East Liverpool, she was the daughter of Helen (Pryor) and Joseph Wiegand.
A homemaker, she was a lifelong resident of East Liverpool until moving to Kerrville in 2017.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Dray. Shirley is survived by husband, Robert Brooks; children, Susan L. and Steve Forbus, Nancy L. and Gary Hipolite, Robert T. and Lorrie Brooks; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and her brother, Thomas Wiegand and wife Marianne.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 26, 2022 at Riverview Cemetery Chapel, 2026 St. Clair Ave., East Liverpool, Ohio 43920.
