1946-2023 EAST LIVERPOOL — Cynthia Wilson, 76, of East Liverpool, passed away June 10, 2023. Born August 29, 1946, in East Liverpool, Ohio, the daughter of the late John and Minnie (Oyster) Gatchell. Cynthia was a social worker for Community Action. She was a 1964 graduate of Oak Glen High School, a majorette, a band member playing the flute and piccolo. She graduated in 1965 from the East Liverpool Beauty School and attended Kent State. She also was a member of the Lions Club.
