1941-2023 Anna Marie Smith, 82, of Chester, W.Va., passed away Dec. 11, 2023. Born in Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 15, 1941, Anna was the daughter of the late George and Vrgia (Venetta) Reseter. Anna was an avid bingo player and former PTA mom. She was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Smith, and a sister, Lynn Taylor. Surviving are two daughters, Venetta “Tacci” Smith of North Carolina and Shauna Smith of New Cumberland; a granddaughter, Isabella ”Izzy” Smith ; and two brothers, Mike Reseter of West Virginia and Larry Reseter of West Virginia. 1955-2023 Donald (DJ) Papendry passed away Dec. 9, 2023 in Florida where he resided. He was born July 1, 1955 to the late Charles and Catherine (Fryman) Papendry. He graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1973. Don had a beautiful voice and enjoyed playing the drums, guitar and singing, whether it was in church or with friends.
