Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case for Douglas Charles Toothman, 47, East Fourth Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury for domestic violence, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly hitting a woman in her face and head area several times in East Liverpool on Oct. 18. The affidavit said the victim was pregnant. A pretrial was set Nov. 17 for Joseph Daniel Mason, 41, Vine Street, East Liverpool, charged with assault and criminal damaging. Sheriff’s Office — Chippewa Township Police Department, Beaver County, Pa., requested at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday that a deputy meet them at a residence on Low Road, Elkrun Township, to recover a stolen vehicle tow dolly from their jurisdiction. They had two local men, Johnathan A. Post, Taylor Road, Middleton Township, and Robert L. Byrd III, Denver Street, East Liverpool, in custody in the Beaver County Jail.
