Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Julius J. Vajda, 58, Canfield, were bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony fleeing and eluding from a police officer and misdemeanors of operating a vehicle impaired first offense and OVI breath first offense. Sheriff’s Office — A deputy dispatched at 6:19 p.m. Oct. 30 checked the area of state Route 45 near Buckeye Road regarding a suspicious vehicle, but did not find the vehicle. — A deputy responded at 7:10 p.m. Oct. 26 to Midwest Sandbags, Middleton Township, regarding menacing. The deputy spoke to the caller and advised them how to proceed.

Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a man who said he wanted to cost Norfolk Southern money by halting rail traffic was arraigned on several charges for allegedly being heavily intoxicated and sitting on the railroad tracks in September. Faulk, 66, Minerva Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury for two counts of violation of a protection order for allegedly showing up at the apartment of two protected persons in East Liverpool on Sept. 8, in violation of a protection order.
