Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set March 16 for Sean Zett, 40, Ravenna, charged with grand theft auto, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly stealing a 2024 Ford Raptor under the ruse of identifying himself under a different name and taking the vehicle for a test drive and to his mechanic on Jan. 17 from Tri-State Ford in East Liverpool. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Steve E. Johnson, 40, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, were bound over to the county grand jury for second-degree felony burglary and misdemeanors of criminal damaging and menacing for allegedly walking into another man’s residence in Salem on Jan. 3, screaming at him and threatening to beat him up.
