East Liverpool — An officer took the car keys of a male who had been recently signed himself out of the hospital without being treated to the police department after responding to his Erie Street residence for the third time to report he wanted back his car keys from his daughter who took them. The male was told by the daughter that after passing out multiple times on that day he was not getting his keys back until he was medically checked. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a man accused of sexual battery for allegedly touching a teen inappropriately appeared for arraignment Monday. A preliminary hearing was set April 20 for Eric Jusdin White, 37, Youngstown, who’s charged with a third-degree felony for the incident reported April 12 in St. Clair Township.
