LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Devon M. Barrett, 21, Cricket Lane, East Liverpool, were bound over to the county grand jury for fifth-degree felonies of two counts harassment with a bodily substance and misdemeanors of aggravated menacing, assault and disorderly conduct for allegedly attacking another man during an incident at the Foundry in Salem on April 12 while visibly intoxicated, screaming and refusing to desist his disorderly behavior of fighting. After being placed in a police cruiser, he allegedly had blood in his mouth and vomited and then began spitting at a police officer twice.
A case against Shauntrice Krystle Carter, 32, Oakland Avenue, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury for harassment by an inmate, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly spitting at a police officer after being told she was being pink-slipped or forced to go to a hospital for mental health reasons on May 16 in East Liverpool.
Cases against Hayden M. Wright, 36, Railroad Street, East Liverpool, were bound over to the county grand jury for first-degree felony aggravated burglary and misdemeanor assault for allegedly being one of the suspects who showed up at a man’s house in Wellsville on May 7 and sawed through his door to break in to evict him from his home, then once inside, they were allegedly punching him and holding a power saw around his head and neck.
Charges of felonious assault, resisting arrest and domestic violence against Taylor Allen Holzer, 31, Neely Manor, East Palestine, were dismissed, with the prosecutor noting an indictment was issued for the indictment. Holzer was accused of punching a woman in the face during a domestic Jan. 14 in East Palestine, then resisting arrest and punching a police officer in the face.
A preliminary hearing was set June 1 for Wilbert E. Faulk, 67, Minerva Street, East Liverpool, charged with third-degree felony violate temporary protection order and fourth-degree felony domestic violence for allegedly striking a woman in the face while there was a protection order in place on May 22 in East Liverpool.
A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set June 3 for Zachary Shawn Rexroad, 26, Bloomingdale, charged with fourth-degree felony disruption of public services and misdemeanors of assault and unlawful restraint for allegedly screaming at a woman and grabbing the phone from her to prevent her from calling 911, then when she tried to get it back, slamming her to the floor and pinning her down on May 18 in East Liverpool.
Morgan A. Cameron, 22, High Street, Kensington, was fined $300 and given a suspended 90-day jail term and 20 hours community service for assault. Cameron must stay away from the victim. Cameron threw a can of root beer at the victim while passing by him in a car on March 2 in Hanoverton.
Robert Leon Gailey, 51, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from assault at the request of the prosecutor. The alleged victim failed to appear. Gailey was originally accused of throwing a broken glass cake holder at the victim and pulling her hair on June 19, 2025 in East Liverpool.
Christopher Allan Dorsey, 45, Erie Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from violation of a protection order for an incident in East Liverpool on July 1m 2025 when he attempted to damage a protected person’s vehicle.
A pretrial was set Aug. 3 for Symone K. Flowers, 29, Maple Street, Lisbon, charged with theft for allegedly stealing a beverage from a man’s car in Lisbon on May 6.
A pretrial was set June 15 for James W. Yacobucci, 65, Canton, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly possessing a stolen side-by-side on April 8 in West Township.
Patricia Lynn Fullerton, 43, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 89 days suspended and credit for one day served, for obstructing official business. She must complete 40 hours community service. She lied to officers, claiming a man they were looking for wasn’t in the St. Clair Township residence and then they found him hiding under a blanket on May 25.
