East Liverpool — An officer took the car keys of a male who had been recently signed himself out of the hospital without being treated to the police department after responding to his Erie Street residence for the third time to report he wanted back his car keys from his daughter who took them. A preliminary hearing was set April 20 for Eric Jusdin White, 37, Youngstown, who’s charged with a third-degree felony for the incident reported April 12 in St. Clair Township.
