— The investigation into a three-vehicle hit-skip crash in West Township still is underway. An unknown vehicle fled state Route 172, while westbound at 11:25 a.m. Oct. 16 after going left of center and striking the mirror of an eastbound vehicle driven by Bruce McCormick, of Akron. McCormick’s mirror flew back and hit the windshield of the vehicle behind him driven by Shannon Norris of Louisville.

— Bryce Foster, of Seigler Road in Salineville, was cited at 12:51 a.m. Oct. 21 in Wayne Township for failure to control, after his vehicle drove off the right side of the road while southbound and hit two utility poles and a traffic sign.

— Katherine Brennan, of Willow Lane in Wellsville, was cited at 1:35 p.m. Oct. 18 in Unity Township for improper backing, after she backed out of a private driveway onto Padgett Road and struck Joshua Batchelor, of Adams Road in East Palestine.

— David Yoder, U.S. Route 30 in Kensington, was cited at 11:19 a.m. Oct. 23 in Hanover Township for an unsecure load, after his load shifted while eastbound on U.S. Route 30 and struck Brad Koah, of Ellett Road in Beloit.
