County health district to host flu clinics

LISBON — The Columbiana County Health District will host one drive-thru and two walk-in flu vaccination clinics this month, with the drive-thru on Oct. 23 in Lisbon and the walk-ins on Oct. 27 in Salineville and Columbiana. The clinics will have both high-dose flu vaccines available for individuals 65 years and older, and regular-dose vaccines for those 18 years of age and older (Flulaval or Fluzone). East Liverpool woman pleads not guilty to endangering children found in deplorable living conditions

LISBON — A woman accused of endangering children in alleged living conditions at a house on First Avenue, East Liverpool which included cockroaches and animal feces appeared in court Friday. A pretrial was set Oct. 7 in Columbiana County Municipal Court for Sarah Ann Dobbins, 41, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, who entered a not guilty plea to misdemeanor endangering children during her video arraignment.
