LISBON — Advanced Rehabilitation Technology submitted the lone bid for phase 1 of the Dresden Avenue manhole rehabilitation and replacement project. The Ohio company headquartered in Bryan sent a bid of $408,525. The deadline for submitting bids was 9 a.m. Wednesday, with the only bid received opened at the Columbiana County Engineer’s Office. LISBON — The woman accused of threatening to blow up the Leetonia K-12 school in January must serve three days in jail, 15 days house arrest and pay a $1,000 fine plus other costs for an amended charge of inducing panic.
